Founded in 1977, Glickman & Witters, P.A., is one of the longest lasting and most respected law firms in Palm Beach County. The founding partners of the firm, Garry M. Glickman and Curtis L. Witters, have continuously practiced law in our area since 1974. The law firm offers a variety of legal services.

Garry Glickman has an extensive and varied civil practice.

He represents Sellers and Buyers in both routine and complex residential and commercial real estate transactions, with financing issues, and handles real estate litigation matters.

He represents business clients, many of whom have relied upon his advice for decades, with their business planning, the sale, purchase and restructuring of their business entities and related transactional work and handles their business litigation.

Mr. Glickman also has an extensive, Will, Trust, and estate planning practice, additionally representing clients in the general probate of their loved ones’ Estates and any related litigation.

Curtis Witters limits his practice to family law. Mr. Witters has been Board Certified in Marital and Family Law since 1994.  That credential is awarded to attorneys recognized by The Florida Bar as having special knowledge, skills and proficiency, coupled with professionalism and high ethics, in all areas of family law.

The practice of Mr. Witters includes extensive dissolution of marriage and paternity litigation, as well as post-judgment enforcement and modification actions. Litigation in these areas typically includes equitable distribution of property, parental responsibility for children, child support, and alimony.

Mr. Witters also represents many of his clients in the negotiation and preparation of premarital and postnuptial agreements.
